Jason Lapene is a second-generation real estate broker, currently licensed in Louisiana, Georgia, and Florida. His journey in the industry began at an early age, assisting his mother, Sara, long before the convenience of online MLS systems. From his teenage years, Jason was immersed in the real estate world, learning firsthand the intricacies of the business before technology transformed the industry.

When Jason officially entered the profession, his broker showed him to his desk but offered little else in terms of guidance. With no structured training, he had to figure out the business from the ground up—learning through trial and error what worked and what didn’t. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for the expertise and innovative strategies he applies today.

In 2007, amid one of the worst market crashes in U.S. history, Jason took his career into his own hands by mastering the art of digital marketing. Teaching himself how to build a website and generate online leads, he quickly adapted to the changing landscape of real estate. Soon after, he honed the skill of prospecting, picking up the phone, and mastering the art of cold calling. These efforts paid off tremendously, leading him to generate over $200 million in sales over his career.

After 20 years of experience and success in the industry, Jason is now dedicated to training others on how to sell real estate at the highest level. With so many real estate coaches out there who have never even been licensed or sold real estate, Jason saw a need for real, experience-based coaching. His decision to enter the coaching space was driven by his desire to teach agents proven strategies that actually work—strategies he used himself to build a thriving career from scratch.

He is not only known for his impressive sales record but is also widely recognized among his peers as the go-to broker for complex real estate situations.
